Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive your return authorization.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to ensure your diamond is protected during transit.
Package Your Item
Place your jewelry in its original display box and pack it securely inside a shipping box along with all diamond certificates and grading reports.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our studio.
